Strength for Life (formerly Living Longer Living Stronger)

Strength training exercises can combat the weakness and frailty often associated with getting older.  These exercises help build muscle, preserve bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other chronic diseases, and may also improve sleep and a sense of wellbeing.  These classes are specifically aimed at participants 50 years+.

All participants must provide a current medical clearance - forms are available from the office or you can download one here.

All new participants are required to complete the introductory session before they can enrol into a term class.
