These strength training classes are aimed at participants aged 50+. The exercises can help you get strong and fit enough to enjoy life to the max. 

Strength training helps to combat the weakness and frailty often associated with getting older.  These exercises help build muscle, preserve bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other chronic diseases, and may also improve sleep and a sense of wellbeing.  

All new participants are required to complete a medical self-assessment and have a 1:1 chat with one of our instructors. Medical clearance from your GP is not required unless we believe it is warranted.
