Interval Training improves fitness fast. It uses a mixture of body weight exercises, free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls. Exercises range from low to high intensity and you work at your own pace and fitness level.

All new participants must provide a medical self-assessment and medical clearance - forms are available from the office or you can download the form here.
