Tai Chi is a series of flowing movements that builds strength and flexibility, improves balance, releases energy and promotes relaxation and wellbeing. It is easy to learn and suitable for a wide range of abilities.

This class is currently being run via Zoom. We can assist getting you set up with Zoom if required. The Zoom link will be sent to participants once enrolment and payment is complete.
