Tai Chi is a series of flowing movements that builds strength and flexibility, improves balance, releases energy and promotes relaxation and wellbeing. It is easy to learn and suitable for a wide range of abilities.

We have two classes available - a standard class and a beginners class. Beginners Tai Chi is is perfect for people who need more time and instruction to learn the basics. This class can be done standing or seated so it's also ideal for people with arthritis or balance issues.
