Pilates emphasises postural alignment, breathing, core stability and improves co-ordination and balance. It teaches you to move with ease and grace and can be done by someone at any level of fitness. 

This class is currently being run via Zoom. We can assist you to get set up on Zoom if required. The Zoom link will be sent to participants once enrolment and payment is complete.
