Due to coronavirus restrictions this course is not running during Term 2, but we hope it will be available again in Term 3 - please contact us on 0420 710 648 for further details.

This program will teach students basic cooking methods, food preparation skills, OH&S, food handling skills and basic barista skills. 

Participants will gain preliminary skills to take them into further training or employment.
