Yoga is the art and science of finding inner awareness, stillness and stability through the use of movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Movements can be adapted to suit a range of abilities, and have the added benefit of building both stability and mobility.

Our Saturday morning class includes some gentle movement, yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation.
